Job Description

Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you a good listener? Can you work a night shift? Are you available to work every other week? Are you able to work at South Oxford Business park?

The customer Service representative role is a key role, working for a global leader in the Health and Wellbeing sector. Working in a team you will take calls from clients who are having difficulties from suffering a range of issues from bereavement, relationship issues to pure depression and helping to identify the issues, recording them in order for a counsellor to then be able to support the individual through.

You will be the first port of call for people who will be suffering personal difficulties and you will need to have a calm and empathetic manner and able to decipher the issue through excellent listening skills. You will also need excellent keyboard skills to make accurate notes. Experience in dealing with incoming calls will be a definite advantage.

Services are often delivered via phone, video-based counselling, online chatting, e-mail interactions or face-to-face.

  • Pay is £11.50 per hour
  • Night shift position 9pm-7am, working every other week
  • Flexible on the days worked (usually 3 on), could be weekday, weekends or a mixture of both
  • This is a temporary contract with possible opportunity for a permanent role 

The ideal candidate will have:

Empathy, great communications skills, strong data entry ability and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.

Please be aware the shift times may vary and flexibility is required due to the operation working 24/7 352 days a year.
