We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Response Team Manager to join our client’s busy team working nights. Based in Ashburton this highly reputable company provides much needed services to vulnerable adults living at home. Working 4 days from 7, 40 hours per week, £27,899 - £34,139 per annum.
You would have the opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest employers who are very proud of the fact they have not made any redundancies or furloughed any staff during the pandemic and against all odds are doing really well with increased business levels and new business wins.
Working in this busy Call Centre you will be responsible for monitoring individual and team performance against Quantitive and Qualitative measures. Manage and maintain service level agreements ensuring a quality service at all times. Share "On Call" rota with other Team Managers to ensure 24/7 operation. Design, implement and manage all training and coaching for all Response staff. Provide support to the Emergency Response Centre Manager.
As an experienced Customer Response Team manager you will have a previous background in Call Centre Systems and Operations. You will have a proven background in customer service delivery, be able to respond to customer needs rapidly. You will have previous experience of delivering team training, coaching and development.
