Job Description

Customer Advisor/Administrator. £20,000 - £22,000. 12 month contract to cover Maternity leave. Immediate start

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the friendly operations office team based on the edge of Exeter. This is a busy and varied role where no 2 days are the same. Excellent communication and people skills are required for this busy role, as taking calls from potential and exisitng clients. Advising and preparing quotes, dealing with queries, emails, correspondence and documentation. Speaking with Engineers and co-ordinating with clients for site visits. Working in a small team of 3 

Duties will include some of the following:

  • Answering phone calls and assisting as necessary.
  • Booking and routing service calls for our engineers and surveyors.
  • Typing quotes, letters and other documents as required.
  • Liaising and confirming appointments via email.
  • Accurate inputting of data onto the system.

Learning and using the Quality Management System.
