The customer Service representative role is a key role, working for a global leader in the Health and Wellbeing sector.  You will be called and EAP Coordinator which is a  Employee Assistance Programme Coordinator.  The EAP  supports employees of companies with a wide range of mental health issues. 

You will be the first port of call for people who will be suffering personal difficulties and you will need to have a calm and empathetic manner and able to decipher the issue through excellent listening skills. You will also need excellent keyboard skills to make accurate notes. Experience in dealing with incoming calls will be a definite advantage.

This is a 12 month contract and the hours vary.  You will be working Mon - Fri between the hours of  8:00am to 9:00pm.  Could be 8am to 4pm or 11am to 7pm or 1pm to 9pm.  It is likely start on the mid shift of 11am to 7pm.   Every 2/3 week - one day weekend. 8-4 or  11-7pm on either day.  

It will be a necessary requirement to have either had a DBS carried out in the last 6 months or we will need to gain a DBS on you prior to commencement on this assignment.
